<Description>
<DescriptionText><text>
The head stage is used to focus the head (roughly) on the very varied thicknesses
of flexo media, it is also used to measure the thickness of each plate as it is loaded
so that distortion calculations can be done correctly. When zeroing the thermal head
before a plot, the head stage routine requests the drum to move to a position such
that the laser is over the media, this parameter specifies that starting position. hsmp
is usually 3000 (so that no matter what size of media is used, it's always under the laser).

This parameter was added to give flexibility needed for comlex integration scripts.

<Notes>
<DescriptionText><text>
After the stage has zeroed on the media it moves the drum 3 times. Each move is 750
drum ticks for a total addition of 2150 ticks - this number plus hsmp should be less than 5300
to ensure that even the smallest piece of media is kept in front of the laser at all times.
